Flight NZ001 Twine Game

With a love for transmedia storytelling after studying New Media, New Narratives - myself and my team mate created a text based game on Twine which has been entered into the Reading Digital Fiction competition where the winner will be announced later this year.

Flight NZ001 is a test of morals as a game of survival. The text based game tells the story of a plane crash which results in being trapped on Rinca Island in Indonesia, it's remote and it's extremely dangerous. The game asks the player questions which tests their boundaries: do you take a jumper off a fallen victim for warmth? Do you have the heart to kill an animal with your bare hands? Do you try to save fellow passengers from the plane as it begins to go up into flames? Do you dare approach the Komodo Dragon? Is that water safe to drink? What will you do to make it off of the island?
